Delivery Timeframes
Processing Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Metro Areas
Major city addresses (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide) typically receive their order within 3 to 6 business days of dispatch.
Regional & Rural
Regional and rural areas may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your location and carrier routing. Remote areas may take longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Common Questions
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia only. We are working on expanding to New Zealand and other international destinations in the future. Sign up to the Ipromea Pro Club to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to update the address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our carrier will leave a card or send you a notification with instructions for collection or redelivery. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact our team within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and parcel lockers via Australia Post. Please enter the full address at checkout to ensure delivery.
